These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

8gl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 8gl may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
If 8gl determines that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source after deducting any amounts wagered.
To use the 8gl Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 8gl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 8gl employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.

Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you. You may request closure of your 8gl account at any time by contacting customer support. 8gl reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or regulatory non-compliance.
8gl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and Philippine debit cards. 8gl does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your 8gl account at the time of the transaction.

All content on the 8gl Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and the 8gl brand name — is the exclusive property of 8gl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 8gl Platform without the prior written consent of 8gl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8gl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
8gl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 8gl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8gl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8gl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account on 8gl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
